Within the framework of the project SKILL.de at the University of Passau (funding reference number: 0JA1924) funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, teaching and learning materials are to be made freely available as OER. The OER Policy provides a framework for project staff to design, produce and publish freely available teaching and learning materials. It was jointly designed and developed by SKILL.de project members.
