The main topics addressed in this event were the following: UNESCO ICDE 2017 Chair, the Open Educational Movement in Latin America, Open Educational Resources (OER), myths about Open Educational Resources, Creative Commons License, contribution from the Open Educational Movement and OER for an information and training society.
