The Performance Agreement of the TU Vienna 2019-2021 explicitly refers to OER. An OER deployment is planned "in order to deal with larger groups of interested parties" (p. 39) and implemented as an implementation goal: "Development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs), Open Educational Resources (OER) and integration of teaching methods such as Inverted Classrooms in the teaching process".
