The third international EduMedia Conference was mainly characterized by the research project OLCOS (Open eLearning Content Observatory Services, go to http://olcos.org). The conference was conceptuated and held in Salzburg (Austria) from the 16th to 17th of April 2007 under supervision of the Salzburg Research association. This conference was one of the first in german-speaking areas that decidedly pottered at open educational resources.
