The project network ReOrga:Schulträger intends to support school authori-ties in organisational change in the context of changed demands following digital transformation. It rests on three pillars: 1) Practical support and build-ing competencies based on counselling; 2) Regular exchange of experiences and regional multipliers to share successful practices, and 3) science commu-nication and knowledge transfer by OER-type publications and online train-ings. We aim to find out about necessary organisational change processes in school authorities, foster sustainable organisational development and strengthen the school authorities’ roles as facilitators. Insights will be made available to all school authorities as OER to advance digital transformation in the education system.
