Noreen is project manager for the OER portal twillo at the TIB - Leibniz Information Center for Science and Technology in Hanover. She previously worked at the Universities of Göttingen, Vienna and Tübingen as well as Leibniz University and Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts as a staff member, project manager, managing director, e-learning professional and consultant.
