The aim of the MIKA-OER project is to strengthen cooperation between learning venues in vocational education and training through the use of OER. To this end, the concept of “Media and IT competence for training personnel (MIKA)” is geared towards the needs of the learning venues and the MIKA-Do instrument is anchored as a digital tool for collaboration and knowledge exchange. In this way, the project can support and implement sustainable communities in vocational education and training that enable the cooperative development of OER and OEP (Open Educational Resources and Practices). By using the MIKA elements, the quality of training is to be continuously developed and cooperation between the learning venues intensified and consolidated. The cooperative development and use of OER at the three learning venues of vocational education and training will result in a coordinated design along the training framework plans.
