The Learning Lab is chair for media didactic and knowlegde management at the institute for professions and further education at the University Duisburg-Essen.
Research focusses on the fileds of learning innovation with digital media. Digitalization of education is rated as an important social issue - the Learning Lab contributes to the social discussion by testing potentials and effects of digitalized education. The Learning Lab adresses OER infrastructure and a free ecosystem for teaching and learning materials.
