In Ombrella, participants aim at a sustainable grounding of OER and OEP in dual higher education in Baden-Wuerttemberg. They aim to increase the number of actors to build a sound OER-/ OEP community triggering a cultural change towards open practices. OER and OEP will thus become a firm part of the self-concept of higher education and the local community will gain state-wide, national and international reputation. A community management system will be implemented which will be integrated into the OER at university taking on the coordination of activities in the areas of OER and OEP. Community events with different formats will involve different groups and raise interest in OER and OEP.
